Coastal Hire Lynwood Road comes to the rescue

During last week the major portion of Pretoria East had to contend with a local power outage. My generator stopped producing power, I called Coastal Hire in Lynnwood road and spoke to Justin. Obviously they had no machines for hire, but he was kind enough to fins out what my problem was. Justin then offered to send one of his teams to check my generator on site and if necessary to take it to their workshop for repair. Early the next morning his team arrived and checked my generator and established that it was working great, the fault was with a wall plug. What a knowledgeable team, what a fast and professional service! I then called Justin to find out what I owed for the call out. Justin assured me that since no fault was found and no repair necessary there would be no charge. This level of service is exceptional, honest and friendly above anything else that I have experienced ! The help, offered and given is exceptional!
