Absolutely no service

I called to check if they have a ladder in store for hire to which they reply that they have got. I went all the way there for them to tell me that they don't have 1 but I must wait and they will check. 15 min later I walked out of the store and went to another plant hire franchise with absolutely no service or answer from anybody at Coastal hire Pinetown.
