Coastal Glass and Aluminium

I've contacted Rick from Coastal Glass and Aluminium and ask for a quotation via WhatsApp. A quotation was given and an appointment to come and repair a window as well as re-align our front door was accepted and made. They never pitched for the appointment and no call or communication from their side. After 2 missed calls from my side to Rick, I was told by him via WhatsApp that he told them to come. I expressed my disappointment in their service and that this was not acceptable. He did not even bother to call me back and offer to look into it or offer their services.
