Garage door fix does not work

We got Coastal Garage doors out to fix our garage door that keeps on having a problem to lift up.The people of coastal Garage Doors Voorbaai Mosselbay came out to fix the door.They opened the motor and replaced some parts in the motor.When they did the test on the door the door did not open and got stick as it did before.The person in charge said it mite be the springs of the door.They then set the spring.The door opened but one could hear that this door is not going to open for to long.The manager then said we will have to get new springs and that this door will soon be having the same problem as before.<br> I feel that this man did not diagnose the problem as from the word go.He opened the motor unnecessary and we had to pay him for the wrong job done.We phoned him 18 Jan and said that we would like to have the new springs installed because the door is still the same and is not opening unless you get out of your car and help door with your hand.We felt that we will not pay a callout fee for the second time round.We are prepared to pay for the springs that in the first place was the problem.We phoned the office the person told us they will not do the job without a callout fee.
