LYING ABOUT ADVANCE SWIMMING LESSONS

They are lying about their services. They advertise advance swimming lessons. I paid R1250 for a month included R250 admin fee, after confirming 3 times that it is for advance lessons. After the 1st lesson I told them it is absolute learners whereby he promised to get back to me, he never came back and when I asked again he sent me a whats app to go to another swimming school and cancelled my lessons. I have paid R1250 for only 2 lessons! They did not even apologise or refunded me! They are amateurs and extremely unprofessional, rude, arrogant - the pool as well as pool area is unhygienic and dirty. I do not even want to rate them 1 star!
