Coach covers from CoachCloaks

Bought a coach cover (Geometric STRETCHABLE, WATERPROOF, STAIN-RESISTANT COUCHCLOAK™ × 1) from them online in February 2020. Still have not received anything and if I ask for assistance or feedback, I do not get any responses accept that it was shipped and out of there hands. Cannot get feedback from shipping company either.
