They were the events company of Willem Botha’s Make up masterclass and we had a terrible customer service… It was very unwelcoming when we arrived. The company uses unserved seats which is ridiculous because when we arrived and we could not find seats, it is embarrassing to walk up to strange people and ask for available seats. You expect that when you book seats under your name you have a reserved seat, especially expected for the price we payed. We were told to look and search for seats and during this search a waiter knocked me down as he was rushing to plate food on the table, this was very unprofessional. After an half an hour the event manager still couldn’t get seats and when eventually they did find two seats they were not together. My mom and I went to this event for a relaxing day together and we didn’t want to be separated as we wanted to experience the event together. Meanwhile they told us you had to arrive earlier which was not disclosed the tickets said 10:30 and we were there at 10:25 by 11:00 still no seats were found and the show did not begin until 11:20. You also had to stand in long queues for the welcoming drink just to find they only have two options of drinks other after an whole menu was provided to you to choose from. First of all welcoming drink should either be on the table or as you arrive. Secondly you make sure you have enough drinks available! The way they talk ti customers is disrespectful and arrogant! Very unprofessional and terrible client service!
