Birthday dinner with rats at Cofi Brooklyn

<p>It was my husband's birthday on Sunday the 18th of December 2016,we decided to go and have dinner at Cofi Brooklyn with a couple friend of ours. We sat at a table,ordered some drinks n dinner,after having dinner we noticed huge rats running up and down the whole place n underneath the table on our feet,I immediately jumped as this was unbelievably scary and I am naturally scared of rats. I called the manager to ask about this despicable situation and the manager by the name of Lorraine was unbelievably unsympathetic and just dismissed the issue and said they were planning on renovating the place,of which they haven't started with the process so it makes no sense how the renovations would serve as an excuse for the huge rats running all over the place so freely. I have never been so disgusted in my whole life,more so cause we had already had the dinner so if the rats could be running all over the place what was happening in the kitchen where the food was prepared. We decided to settle the bill n left the place. Our evening celebrating my husband's birthday was ruined in the most disgusting,scariest and despicable way. Could this matter be addressed please as I find this very unacceptable let alone unhygienic</p>
