Please assist in getting to the bottom of the table issue

I am livid at this point, I sent in a kiddies tablet (mimate) via my mother (Thembi) for repairs two months ago and till this day I have not received any feedback, I constantly have to be the one calling the company for feedback, The ladies there just do not take anything seriously, they always say they will come back to me and they never do, when I called last month they told me the technician was on sick leave and would be back on the 1st of July and I called last week and got no assistance, every time Thuli answered the phone she would take my numbers and say she will pass it on by no one has come back to me with any feedback. over 2 months just to check a tablet and let me now what the problem is.
