Poor security and unhelpful manager

I was at Stepbrothers last night (14/10/2015) for a Sensagria Dance event. My phone was ******. Needless to say I was upset but these things happen. What I was not happy with was the reluctance for the restaurant to view their own cameras to track who stole the phone as this was Sensagria Dance event it would be easy to identity the person as regulars have been said to attend.

First I was told that Stepbrothers is a restaurant but this is Sensagria Dance event, so Sensagria is liable for the security. Very disappointing that an establishment can't organise their own security to secure not only themselves but also the customers who have come to their venue.

A waiter tried to personally assist by using 'Find my iPhone' after failed attempts of his manager Anthony refusing (over the phone) to give him the password for the cameras or coming to access the cameras himself. I was told to come on Monday, which is practically useless for me and communicated this to Anthony.

Instead of trying to find a solution, Anthony kept persisting to get my name which I told him was irrelevant in the matter at that moment and that time was running out; I just needed to see who stole my phone. So instead of assisting he kept badgering me by calling me 'no name' to which I strongly rejected and asked that he stop doing that and give me a solution that would help me that night. He hung up.

We come to these venues expecting security and a good experience. I was not on the open streets of Long I was in a private venue, Stepbrothers to be exact when my phone was ****** from their establishment. The poor security, shifting of blame and reluctance to effective assistance is unacceptable. This was my first experience there, I definitely would not go back nor suggest that anyone else go there.
