I bought my first CSFY-720 Vinyl cutter 2011 from this company and the second one I bought 2013. This model was CSFY-1350 I had in the beginning a problem of cutting sizes, it was cutting always bigger as my design. <br> <br> As I bought the machine, I was told to check the help forum for any problems. I found to log in was very easy, even my user name already existed. In not even 1 min I found the info I needed. Also I found what for a driver I have to use for SAI Flexi cut, now I don't have to cut with Art cut software anymore.<br> <br> I needed also for the 720 a cutting strips, the guys they have even a online shop, I ordered the strips but I was not be able to fit it my self. I call the company and they said, they only will come out with the call out fee. That I can understand but for me it was expensive. I brought the machine to the company. After 2 hours everything was perfect and it cost me nothing. More than 2 years now I am so happy with these machines.<br> <br> I will buy more machines from the same company, and the service for a low price product is 100% for me.<br>
