Negligence and lack of accountability

After-sales service at the repair center is appalling. Takes them a month to do anything, and then when the inverter is received back, it is without the box that it was returned in, but instead in poorly app**** bubble wrap and with scratch and scuff marks. Got the phone put down in my ear 4 times after asking for the box the inverter was returned in. Staff claims no manager works there...
