Bad service

I would like to log a complaint against staff members at CNA Rivonia Village. I have never experienced such bad attitude. The is a special /promotion that breaking today at CNA so I called in to ask if they do the A20 Samsung for R2499.99, they didn't know about it. I called they head office and told them I saw a catalogue of the special and they told me it's true and it start 28 to the 1st December, I then drove to CNA Rivonia Village and i got a the lady that I spoke to on the phone and she gave me attitude, she told me oh you the one that called in earlier, and told me there is nothing like that, spoke to me looking the other direction, uninterested, while I am explain to her that head office confirmed she then called Victor her colleague, he came dud the same thing, didn't help, irritated, didn't even go an extra mile to call head office and ask. I am very angry and i will NEVER ever go to CNA ever again, I was disrespect and treated badly
