Zero follow up service by CNA

I placed a back order for 2 books about 8 weeks ago. I had to pay upfront for the books before they would place the order. The attendant said that it would take about 3 weeks for the books to be delivered. Every time I ask them if my books have arrived they say that they hope it will be delivered on Sunday. The attendant tried to phone the suppliers once but he got no answer. He said again that he hoped the books would be delivered on Sunday. Ever since then his answer is that he hopes the books will be delivered on Sunday, but he has never tried to get hold of the suppliers again. I still don't have my books and nobody is trying to locate them. Why should they worry, since they have my money and it seems like much too much effort to try and help a paying customer.
