Wrong photo size
In the morning of 26 April i went to CNA to print a A4 photo from my cellphone. There was an Shop Assistant another customer by the printers, which I asked to assist me with the right size to print an A4 as the sizes were written in centimetres on the screen which was confusing to me. She then assisted me by chosing the size and the machine printed the photo and paid. When the photo was printed it came as a small size. I asked her why was that happening and she said that the machine did that on its own and the price that the machine charged was for an A4 and a had to pay for that. She called her Supervisor who then told me that that was a self service machine, the Shop Assistant wasn't suppose to help me. She told me that Its my fault that i asked for her to help me. She just didnt care that i had paid for the photo size which i did not received which meant that i had to buy another photo frame as i already have a frame for an A4 photo.
