Wrong item delivered

I ordered a pink floral backpack on cna's website, this backpack has a plastic handle with wheels, there are 2 different items and when you add it to your basket you cannot choose which one you want, almost !ike gambling.<br> <br> After i ordered the item i sent them an email with my order number stating very clearly that i want the pink bag, yet i had this feeling that they would send the wrong one, they ignored my email completely.
