Worst store and service

I will never again buy anything at an CNA store, much less will I recommend anyone to ever go there! I bought an organiser at their store when I get home, I notice it only has enough pages for 36 days. When I went back and asked if they even have refills since it does not have enough pages. Their wonderful response was they do not stock it, and it was a courtesy to get pages in the planner, I should go to a proper stationary shop for refills. REALLY???? A day planner with only 36 pages, and then you have the audacity to tell me it was just courtesy pages? WoW! BTW, if something is courtesy, a sticker or note needs to be made on the cover, and not I sit with an expensive planner that I cant use! I will be bringing it back and don't you dare give me a voucher back, I want my money back! I'm really disappointed!
