WORST SERVICE EVER

On the 19th May I took in my tablet for repairs at the Woodlands branch. After 17 days on the 6th June I drove to the branch to get feedback on the repairs. I was assisted by Mpho who told me that \HE WAS SORRY THAT HE DID NOT GIVE ME FEEDBACK". On the 8th June Mpho sms me and told me they are going to decide whether they will swop or credit the unit. On the 10 June Mpho sms'd me again telling me the tablet will be swopped for a new one. Today the 13th June I go to the store to get the BRAND NEW unit and was told by Mpho that my warranty will still carry on from the old unit. I then left the store without the tablet. My question is : HOW THE **** DOES CNA'S POLICY WORK? HOW CAN THE WARRANTY CONTINUE FROM THE OLD DEVICE TO THE NEW DEVICE WHEN THERE WILL BE TWO DIFFERENT SERIAL NUMBERS? NOT TO MENTION I HAVE TO DRIVE TO THE BRANCH TO GET FEEDBACK ON MY DEVICE THAT I PAID FOR. THIS IS THE WORST ****ING SERVICE EVER..."""

Hello Azaan Sewsaran,

Thank you for taking the time and addressing your service experience with us. As per the telephonic discussion with one of our consultant the warranty issue was explained that the handset's policies are not set by CNA/Edcon, but set by the suppliers. Therefore warranty is as stated that it has to carry on from the old handset (NB: new handset is just a replacement, because the old one could not be repaired. If it could be fixed still your warranty would have remained the same).

The poor service and lack of feedback will strongly be addressed with the store manager as it should not happen again.
