Worst service at Mall of Africa CNA

We had the most disgusting service at the Mall of Africa CNA.

We wanted to buy a very expensive pen for myself. When we asked the lady to see it and feel how it writes, the normal stuff. She rudely asked if we were going to buy or she didn't want to show it to us.

Asking her a few normal questions she rudely just said she does not know, she could not even help me with refills as she was to lazy and did not want to do the effort to check where it was as it uses special refills.

We ended up leaving the pen which I loved due to her incompetence and rudeness.

As a side note the employees around her at the pen section with tills was just as rude and useless to help. They were more interested in dodging questions or walking away when one wanted to ask a question or wanted help.

I will not ever in my life go to that CNA again! That was the worst show of incompetence I have ever seen and I will definitely spread the word to save others the displeasure of dealing with this.
