worst decision ever

<p>toward the end of december i decided to make use of the CNA online ordering system as i was away on holiday and had limited time to do back to school shopping. online purchase made sense to me at the time, albeit a bit more expensive but it did alleviate the pressure on me on my return from holiday. my order was placed and paid for electonicaly. everything was in accordance with the T&Cs of the service in terms of order delivery dates. when i received my order i was deeply dissappointed as items were short delivered and damaged. from the 4th of January i have been sending email communication through to CNA online. i must admit, i did recieve the usual blah blah blah from them stating that they apologise for the issues ive encountered and promised to rectify these issues. Throughout january, and post the many communications i sent to CNA, there was no resolution. i then had to go re-purchase the missing and damaged items. to date(01.02.2017), CNA has not responded to my queries with an amicable resloution and i have not been refunded for the missing items. this is truly pathetic service from CNA and i have now promised myself that i will never purchase from CNA, either on line or store purchases ever again. i have even begun dissuading members of my family to purchase from CNA lest they are keen on experiencing similar bad service. WELL DONE CNA. perhaps your slogan should read "first with the headaches''</p>
