WHY ARE YOU SLOW?????!!!!!!!!!!!

I pre-ordered Playstation 4 game Don Bradman Cricket 17 with CNA, my friends who pre-ordered with other online stores in SA received their game today, other companies dispatched the game yesterday. My CNA account says the game is still on pre-order, the game is out in the stores already!!!!! a few months ago I had the same problem, I pre-ordered a game with CNA online and I received it well after the release date. </p> <p> </p> <p>Worst is trying to contact CNA, it takes days to get back to me! If they only had an option online to cancel the order then I would have done so and just went down to my local CNA store after work today and go buy it there!</p> <p> </p> <p>PLEASE GUYS, I have logged a complaint but I cant wait days for someone to get me as I pre-ordered this game for the exact reason to have it first! Will someone please answer me, I can not explain how totally frustrating this is.</p> <p> </p> <p>WHEN WILL I GET MY GAME, IT HAS BEEN RELEASED, WHY ARE YOU STILL TELLING ME IT IS ON PRE_ORDER WHEN IT IS OUT IN THE STORES ALREADY???
