What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a laptop at CNA in 2016. The screen started to give problems. Gave it in for repairs on 03/06/17 at Canal Walk. After a week they phone to inform me that a technician was assigned to the case but nothing has been done yet. This morning 27/07/17 I phoned to ask what is taking so long a man informed me that the technician send a quote to CNA for more than R2000 to repair my screen as the computer is not under guarantee anymore. Surprise surprise could have gest that. Everytime I shop and the Edcon group I promise myself not again. I need some answers urgently.!!

Can't believe CNA actually came back to me just know. No proper attempt to apologize, I am just one more of their problems is seems. Still waiting for the quote they send they would send on Thursday.
If a company like Edcon don't even take a complaint serious what else is there to do? What happened to "'you are our valued customer"'?
