Waste of Time

On Friday 5 February my mother and i went to CNA in somerset mall to buy cartridges. Asking for assistance the person helping us takes his time, after telling us they are out of stock i ask which CNA does have, instead of checking the system he starts phoning around... After standing there for an hour and having me call the manager he checks the system and tells me there is no stock available. Does CNA not train their staff to help their clients properly without having them wait for an HOUR! I went to CNA as i wanted to buy there but they refuse to even order the stock for me! Do companies not assist their clients anymore? Is it that easy for a company to send their clients away to another store? <br> <br> Besides that the experience i received in that store has made me not want to go back there as i was left with terrible service and no solution at all! CNA's service has gone down the drain.<br>
