I had gone to cna at Walmer park and asked the employee in charge of the gaming and electronics if I could pre-oder Fifa 18 Ronaldo edition with a Edgars gift card and he had told me I had to do it online, On the 7th I had called the store and the same employee had answered the phone, I told him that I was not able to do the pre-order and he said we would call head office and get back to me. Later on in the day I had received a call (from him) to say that he would keep a copy of the game for me and I would receive the pre-order discount in store on the day off the ''Ronaldo editions'' release.

The day of the 26th when the Ronaldo edition of Fifa 18 was supposed to be release as one of the perks of pre-ordering the edition, I had gone in to the store and spoken to the manager and he had told me they had not received the game and as far as he is aware the game would only be released on Friday but he would find out by the employee that I had spoken to and would find out what had happened, fast forward to the following day, I had called the cna customer careline and gotten in contact with someone who assisted me with my query and let the store manager know that I was not pleased and asked how we would resolve the issue. Many calls later and it is the day before the release of the standard edition of Fifa 18 and the best I was given from the employee who made the mistake and gave me wrong information to start off with had ''good news and bad news'' The Fifa 18 Ronaldo edition on ps4 was sold out, as they were 5 copies short and I would not be able to get the copy of the edition he had originally told me he had secured, unless something came up he would let me know - 'the bad news' And the 'good news'was that the best he could do was keep a standard edition of Fifa 18 on ps4 for me and that I would receive a 20% discount on the game because of the inconvenience... I had phoned the call center many times after to inform them of this and told them that I was not happy with what had happened and how I was given a 20% discount on the standard version but could not get the one I was ensured, but had run short of airtime before I could finish but was told they would call me back which they did not. Iv missed out on 2 days of early access, now that I am not secured a copy of the Ronaldo edition i will also miss out on 20 jumbo premium packs and other online items which is valued at much more than the 20% on the edition I did not want and went through so much effort to avoid.
