waiting for something that was never ordered 4me

i back ordered books on the 27.6.15. i was told that i had to pay 100% and it will take 6 to 8 weeks.<br> the lady who took my order wrote it down and gave me a slip . i went back 2months later to check . the lady went to the back checked the book and told me its not there yet. its now the 14th feb 16.almost 8 mnths later. i go into the store to check and the manager says it was not even written in the damn book to begin with ! i asked for a refund unfortunately i cannot get back the 8mnths ive wasted with ur *********** staff
