VERY BAD SERVICE.

I bought a book online and I opted to fetch the book at the nearest store, I arranged to pick it up today and they even confirmed that it will be delivered as per our arrangement. Come today I go to the store and they don't even know anything about my delivery, I had to produce proof that I purchased the book and all the communication between me and the online store rep, I opted for to fetch the book at the store because their door to door delivery was a bit expensive. Now I'm told the book would be delivered on Monday and I still have to fetch it and that takes me back to spending money that I don't have. I'm so disappointed with CNA and I don't think I will ever order anything from them, I'm going to tell anyone who's willing to listen.The lady at the shop was very helpful and sympathetic. We need people like her who go beyond, Very bad service from such a big establishment.
