unsatisfactory service and lies

On the 3rd of May I returned a ps4 console for repairs as it was under warranty.I was told it will take a month. After a month and a few days no phone call.I went to CNA to check when I was told that I will be getting a new one ,but at the moment there is no stock.I requested then to get a voucher to pick up one from another CNA.I was told they cant do that.Another few days passed no ps4 materialized.I contacted edcon .They liased with CNA seapoint .The responded by saying I missunderstood about getting a new ps4 ,I am getting a refurbished one.I dont think I missconstrued anything but not to sound difficult I relented and retorted that I probably did misunderstand about getting a new one.A refurbished one or new makes no difference to me.But now I am still waiting and its 3 months down the line. The ps4 was hardly used as it is only allowed to be played on weekends. We had it for 3 months. The way CNA is going about it is very sinister.I wonder if I have not been de*****ed in some way.R6500 later and 3 months and nothing has materialized.I wonder if it was sent to a authorised dealer? One thing is for sure that the correct procedure has not been followed.Edcon and the sub division CNA is a wash out.

Thank you for your response.CNA phoned me and I was given the console. After 3 months perhaps a free game with the console would have been a nice gesture!I am not taking a chance but all this and no gesture of customer compensation!
