Please management assist your staff in C.N.A Branch at East_Gate Mall. I called several times trying to enquirer about the price of Finger paint. None of your staff member could be of help over the telephone. They kept on calling each other and eventually I overheard one of the Ladies saying I'm a Nuisance. The staff is very much and no Phone courtesy at all, they drop the phone once and I heard to call for the second Time with no Help.
