Unhappy with CNA systems and threats from an emloyee

I would like to express how deeply disappointed and appalled I am at CNA's systems as well as one of their employees and I hope this can be addressed as it's totally unacceptable. I was at CNA Eastgate on the 7th of January and made a purchase. They did the transaction twice and They told me they have system problems, they agreed to not run the transaction for the 3rd time as the money was debited off my account and take it as "a manual payment" I then left my details with them so they can let me know. A few days later the cashier called to let me know that the transaction was unsuccessful... I advised that I will make time to go back to the store, (I was co operating and not once did I avoid her calls) she even left voice messages and at some point I called her back. I checked my bank statement and I realized that the money was in fact, taken off my account. She called me using a cell number on Tuesday evening the 7th of Feb while I was relaxing with my family and told me that I need to pay "her money" cos she had to pay out of her own pocket, I offered to email her proof of payment which was my statement . This is the email address she gave me: cnaeastgateam ********** before I sent her the correct statement for Jan,I accidentally sent December statement and advised I will not be paying as this is clearly a technical problem with CNA. This is the response I received from her:
Hi Thando

Please check the statement that you just send this will not help me at all ,its only transactions for December.
This is now my problem and i will not let you talk to me the way you want and thanks for sending you address as well i think i will pay u a visit as i have paid this amount out of my pocket.Send the correct statement i won't worry you anymore.

I am really unhappy about the service and these threats that I have received as the money did go off my account. Statements come with address attached, These threats are so unnecessary and I do not take it lightly, I need Edcon to apologize and acknowledge my frustration, how many other people are threatened by CNA cashiers. It's not fair that your employees have to suffer for your technical errors and for me as a customer to be harassed like this for an amount not even more than R300.

Please contact me urgently or I will seek legal advice as I won't wait for her to "pay me a visit" This was not my fault and not my problem, I have emailed correct proof of payment. You can get my details from the person I've been dealing with.
