Unacceptable service-Bullying tactics
On the 2 December 2015, CNA advertised an Xbox One Console 1TB + 4 game bundle for R4799, which I paid for, my order number is ***.Since then I have received 5 phone calls from CNA call centre agents, offering me other products which I am not interested in. Each time I told CNA staff that I would like to speak to the manager as I am not satisfied with what they were offering as substitutes and each time I was told that they would escalate my request but as yet no manager from CNA has contacted me. Each time a different agent calls and offers other products which I don't want. All that I want from CNA is what was advertised and what I paid for. I received an Email today (17-12-2015) from CNA which ended up in my spam mailbox, stating that they have provided me alternatives which I didn't accept and as a result they are going to refund me. I feel like I am been bul**** into accepting something that I don't want.When I asked CNA why can't they provide me with the Xbox One Console 1TB Bundle that was advertised, their excuse is that their supplier is out of stock. On two occasions I informed them that Takealot has similar Xbox One 1TB console bundles and Toys R Us (Bellville)
