Unacceptable service and no competency
I am very upset because i wanted to purchase a product from CNA online and tried using edcon vouchers which you are able to do as per the CNA website. The vouchers did not work and I therefore called the call center and was on hold for twenty minutes because Ronelle went to speak to her supervisor? Unacceptable. The product (***1) is now not available at the previous price. I am really upset with CNA and now im stick with these edcon vouchers I cannot use online
