took my money still no item and no response!
5 days ago I posted here about my short delivery of an item I PAID for and didn't get and I posted here because they don't assist when I did call and don't respond to mails. The generic response was they escalated my complaint but NO ONE contacted me or has sorted this out. Quick to grab your money but care NOTHING for the client or fixing their stuff up. I feel ****** and CNA doesn't care. I will keep posting here and go to the media newspapers and see if I can also go to their ombudsman. This is theft.
