Terrible,bad attitude and arrogance
I took my BlackBerry cellphone at cna for repairs it was booked in, when it came back I realised the imei number was not the same my phone had been swapped, i took it back to cna to get my old phone back as the 1 I was given was not working again, management was so terrible to me and told me I should either keep the phone or leave it there, there isn't anything they can do, i have never received such poor service from Cna,now I don't have a cellphone.
