Tellers with cellphones

I went to the CNA in Summerstrand yesterday, 07/05/2015. <br> <br> I was firstly annoyed, as the one thing I went to get at CNA was not in stock. This branch has serious stock issues, as this is not the first time this has happened.<br> <br> After having a stroll through the shop, I found a few other things I needed and proceeded to the checkout. While I was being served the Vodacom guy who was stocking up the phone cupboard and the cashier was constantly talking, I was like a ghost. Then, to my utter surprise, the teller's (nametag Mrs. K), cellphone rang. She took it out of her pocket, answered it!! and then finished up the transaction with me.<br> <br> I must add, I have constant issues with bad customer services at all Edcon stores. Edgars, Boardmans, CNA, Jet. <br> <br> You should seriously address this issue as it is no pleasure shopping at any of your stores.
