Stay Away From CNA!! They are facing bankruptcy are not honoring refunds.

<p>I bought a cellphone online at CNA (Part of the edcon group) on the 18th of december, due to delays in delivery, i cancelled the order and I was informed it would take 7 working days for me to get a refund, 19 days later I still have not received my refund, i have been calling each and every single day, I spoke with Martha, Nomzi, Sibusiso, Lucky and a whole lot of other consultants, they either hang up, say the query has been escalated or simply say they have forwarded the query Thabo who is apparently a manager, but 19 days later, still no joy! A frined of mine is having the exact same issue with another Edcon store, it seems as if since they are in the midst of bankrupcy they now have a policy of delaying refunds for as much as possible, my advice to anyone is, STAY AWAY! FROM ALL EDCON STORES! I will do my part in raising this issue through media platforms, this is so unfair! I just want my money back. The refernce number is ********** 174/GO.</p>
