Sons birthday gift misplaced.
Ordered online from CNA (EDCON) for my sons birthday tomorrow.<br> the gift was misplaced en route with their approved courier.<br> Lauren who actually works in the digital office online (FB) went out of her way to facilitate a replacement gift which has just been delivered to me now. Still on time for the big day tomorrow. She went out of her way on an issue that actually didn't concern her. Much appreciated.
