Hi<br> I would like to thank Kayleen for her constant astounding service. The fisrt time I met Kayleen was on the 14/02/2016 with my 7yr old niece who is very distracting at the till. Not once did Kayleen rush us or give me that irritating and annoying look that I have come to expect in the customer service industry in South Africa. She was very patient and always smiling and assisting. This all happening on a Sunday morning when all the assistants at the various shops in KC was lousy and disappointing as usual. <br> I must highly recommend her character and pleasantness. People like her gives me hope in customer centricity in this country. <br> Thank you Kayleen, you definitely deserve the recognition and I hope you at a day off!<br>
