Shouting at customer!
I just had a horrific encounter with Anna member this afternoon. We ordered copies of the 3D globe mag and asked for an envelope. This arrangement was made in Jan. Since then we have been to the store 3 times to pick up 1 issue and pay for the next one. This Anna is never there and we are always made fools of, made to wait only to be told to come another time. We wait for a long time while the search for Anna is fruitless and no one can help us. I wanted my money back. The cashiers always made copies of the receipt and promised to give it to Anna to contact us.The last time we were there the cashier told me to wait 6 weeks, since they could not find Anna in the shop. We agreed & told her i would come back on the 9th.Today i went and this rude woman called Anna comes to me and asks why I took so long to come fetch my orders. She tells me all the orders are there and she can't give me the 1 i paid for. She is shouting at me, giving excuses...in front of the other customers and my kids. She is a **** and has no manners. She is rude and doesn't know how to talk to people. You can keep the orders. I will contact the supplier directly
