SHOCKING SERVICE RECEIVED FROM CNA CRESTA

Received very bad service from CNA Cresta. I bought a hard drive in December 2019 and there was a problem with the hard drive. I returned it at Cresta CNA and they told me that they will send it to head office for the technicians to have a look at it. I have been there three times during the course of 2020 and no one be able to tell me what happened to my hard drive.
