SAME LEVEL OF SERVICE YOU GET IN STORE
I pre-ordered an item on 03/03/2015 which was to be delivered today 25/03/2015. This morning i checked the couriers site with my reference number and there was nothing available. I called the call center and was told that no one called me to verify the online purchase yet and my order wont be released until this is done. Honestly what is the point of pre-ordering if they wont do their jobs and get it to you by the release date. STAY AWAY FROM THESE STORES
