Sales consultant`s offensive behaviour

I went to CNA Summerstrand yesterday afternoon after work (19/03/2015 after 5pm, to buy a birthday present for a 3 year old boy.<br> There was a male man (not sure if he is a sales consultant/ security guy,) following me around while i was busy deciding which books i wanted to buy. Last week when i visited the shop to also buy a present he also followed me around for at least 5-10 minutes. He didn`t ask if he could assist me (like sales assistance usually do), but rather made me feel as if he suspected i was going to ***** something.<br> He made me extremely uncomfortable and when i looked at him he asked me to close my handbag (which was by the way already closed). This type of behaviour is very offensive. I am a professional person and nobody has ever treated me, especially without any grounds, this bad. <br> I live close by so I often visit the store to buy stationary or gifts for birthday parties my children attends.<br> I was so upset when i got in my car, that I decided i will never go back to this shop ever again.<br> I think this store should rather invest in security cameras or more discreet security guards, then following around clients.<br>
