Ripp off
Today I went to the CNA in Rivonia and made a purchase of R309. Once the items were scanned, the cashier advised that their system is not working and cannot read the Thank U card. I told her to keep my details and update once the system is up and running and she advised that this cannot be done. I don't understand why do people work, if they cant do their jobs properly. i had now called the head office and the lady there advised that it can be done. I wonder if Edcon is really work all this trouble.
