Refusing to assist a customer a customer in returning bought items. The manager DHI Olwethu is the name we got refused to assist. They claim that they relayed a message that the system cannot make a refund.
Siya Yonga a cashier refused to return goods that were bought yesterday. They say the system cannot do refunds.
