Refusing to assist
On Sunday 15th March 2015, we went to CNA, kathu village mall in kathu, we went to buy party items for our child, firstly the security came to our child and shouted at her and told her to put back a birthday card that she was looking at, we were passed and shouted at the security for this manner of speaking to our child, another instance there was a thin black guy also on this shift, he kept on following us, and when we asked for help he kept on saying that they do not have, he actually went to an extent of asking me to put back gift wrapping in the correct place, which I refused as I do not work for CNA, it's his job, the employees in Kathu store are very negative and this puts us customers off from shopping here. I suggest the quality manager of CNA give me a call, as I will not visit this store again, and i will let everybody know of the *********** staff that is employed there.
