Refused exchange/refund
A week ago, I purchased a short story book for my son at CNA Boulders Mall, all to find that they need a Novel not short stories at school. I have been trying to ask if I can exchange and add money to get a novel but Tshepo Maithufi with bad attitude refusing. I went there several times with the slip but still refusing saying they want the other slip of which I don't know which is the other slip because I was given only 1 slip. Now I am stuck with a book that I cannot use.
