Refusal to accept valid gift voucher
Good Day
My daughter received a egift voucher which expires on 9th January 2023 (Next year). It states on the voucher she can use at any CNA, Edgars, Boardmans etc
She went to use today only to be told by CNA and Edgars that it is invalid
THIS IS COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.
HER VOUCHER IS VALID
Please advise immediately

29 Mar 2022, 12:37Good Day Angie, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. Unfortunately due to CNA being bought in April 2020 the old Edcon vouchers no longer work in our stores. Please could you advise as to what the balance was on the Gift voucher and what store you went to.

30 Mar 2022, 08:48Dear Angie, we have reached out to the Regional Manager and would like to ask that you please return to the Cresta Store and the store will honor this voucher. Once again we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.
