<p>The staff are useless unhelpful and rude. I told the manager the estimated date I bought them. I told here I would go to Mr price giving here enough time to find the receipt. I return to the store 20min later and that useless manager tell me she looked at the whole month. Thanks God I remembered I had the whatapps from the manager at lakeside mall when I originally bought it whole went out of his way to help me. The Eastgate manager told me after 1.30 that she could help. I then gave her the day I possibly bought it and still it took her another 30 minutes. I will never in my life enter that store. After working at Eastgate for 10years the Edgar's staff are actually so useless. </p>
