My complaint is two fold. One, CNA advertised a certain product on one of the brochures. According the brochure, the prices are valid from the 23 October until 8 November. The brochure also states that the offers are available at selected store. However, when I went into the Cresta store on the 23 October enquiring about this special, the person assisting me told me that they have been out of stock of the product since before the promotion came out. So I ask him to please see if any other stores have this product in stock. He comes back to tell me that none of the CNA stores have this product in stock. Second, I decide to call the CNA customer care line. I have never experienced such incompetency. At my first call I get disconnected. When I try again, I get another agent. This agent does not know what brochure I'm talking about. Then she asks me for the product name, which I provide. She comes back to tell me that it is available at Fourways. When I ask her to confirm the price
