Product not supp**** after paying

On Black Friday I bought the Play Station VR headset from CNA with Gran Turismo and VR Worlds games. When I received the package the Gran Turismo game was missing, I called multiple stores eventually being told it was Menlyn that did the online deals, they gave me their "Managers" number, who never answers, looks like you get pushed into a corner and no one cares that you haven't even received your product!!!!!
