Preordered games!

An order for two games was placed and paid for on 15-09-2015.<br> One game was released on 22-09-2015 and was to be delivered on 23-09-2015 but i somehow didn't receive delivery and had to fetch from the courier company on 24-09-2015.<br> <br> The Second game which was released on 06-11-2015 and was suppose to be delivered on the same day has still not reached me yet. After speaking to 3 consultants from the call centre, two had assured me I will receive delivery today and one had no idea where the game was.<br> <br> The whole point of a Pre-order is so that you recieve the game on the release date. Quite a ****ty service!
